Before you start

What you bring as a cosmetics brand.

So your products can be sold in full legal compliance, we need a few details before your first delivery. We're happy to help you not forget anything.

  • CPNP notification of your cosmetic products and a responsible person in the EU (EU Cosmetics Regulation 1223/2009)
  • Registration in the German packaging register LUCID — without it, we are not legally allowed to ship for you
  • Barcodes (e.g. EAN) on every item — or we label them for you
  • Safety data sheets for perfume, aerosols and nail polish

Do you also store and ship perfume and aerosols?

Yes. Perfume, hairspray, aerosol deodorants and nail polish count as dangerous goods in shipping. After a short consultation and with the safety data sheets, we accept them and ship them in line with the carriers' rules.

Can you record batch numbers and best-before dates?

Yes, on request we record batch and best-before date at goods receipt and ship FEFO — the stock with the shortest shelf life goes out first.

How are glass bottles and liquids packed?

Every order is packed by hand — break-proof and leak-proof, with the right filling material. On request in your own branded packaging with inserts and samples.

Is there a minimum volume for cosmetics brands?

No. We work with no minimum volume and no setup fee — for young beauty start-ups as well as established brands.

What do I need to get started with you?
