ProblemThe previous fulfillment provider worked unprofessionally: incoming goods were only booked in after weeks and without a proper count, so products went live in the shop far too late. Communication was poor, and problems went unanswered.
SolutionIt was urgent — so on the very day of the enquiry our team drove to the old provider with our truck and collected the pallets ourselves. Goods receipt and a physical count at the old warehouse, another count at ours, booked in the same day.
